As you step onto our 120-acre property, you'll be greeted by the breathtaking views of the Catskill Mountains. Venture further, and you'll find open meadows, tree-lined walking paths, and stunning sights of the Catskill Creek.
Meadowbrook offers plenty of options for your special day. The 5,300 square-foot patio features a 2,400-square-foot gable-style tent with lighting and sliding side panels. Along with the beautiful event space, we provide 10-foot farm tables, round tables, chairs, and wood benches to complete the setup.
The property also includes a newly constructed barn with white shiplap. At the entrance, you'll find a spacious covered porch. The barn is climate-controlled to ensure the perfect temperature, and it includes four restrooms for your guests' convenience. Right in front of the barn, you'll enjoy a large wood firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
Our bar area, designed by an artist from Kentucky, is crafted from an original old grain silo. Nearby, you'll find bistro tables, chairs, wine barrel high tops, and cozy outdoor lounge areas with fire pits to create a warm atmosphere.
Seasonal highlights include fields of vibrant sunflowers, as well as rows of zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, eucalyptus, and more near the barn.
If you need flowers for your big day, you're in the right place! Make lasting memories with a bouquet-making party, where your bridesmaids can design their own arrangements.

Meadowbrook Farm is committed to excellence both as a stunning venue space and with the services we provide. Clients can choose to work with one of our event planners or choose to plan it themselves. We do our very best at allowing clients time to set up the day before the event. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event.
For our smaller showers of up to 60 guests, our temperature-controlled barn can create the perfect event space that you may be looking for. For our larger showers you have the option of using our outdoor tent & patio area. This area can be utilized from mid-April until End of October.
